Due to ongoing COVID19 restrictions, please expect a delay in deliveries. Our appointed courier strives to do their best to ensure that parcels are delivered at a timely manner. Some commercial buildings will be impacted by the current government restrictions, and you are encouraged to use your residential address instead.

FULFILMENT
All paid orders will be processed and fulfilled within 24 hours during normal business days : Mondays - Fridays from 9am - 6pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). In a case of oversell or items being out of stock, you will be contacted immediately via email to resolve the issue.

LOCAL DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We send out your packages with the following services :
- Local Courier : we engage Ninja Van or Qxpress for a typical 1-2 days delivery service. Please note that delay might occur during peak/holiday seasons such as Christmas and Chinese New Year. Please contact us should you required an urgent delivery (an additional charge might occur).
- SingPost Normal Mail : cost efficient however tracking is NOT available. Please use this service at your own risk. We will be not be held responsible in the case of lost packages. Please email us should you wish to opt for this service as this service is not offered in our checkout system.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are pleased to serve international orders however our site is not equipped to calculate international shipping yet. Please email ita.babypad@gmail.com to get your shipping quote and your order will be processed accordingly.
